Shipping Policy
Where We Ship. We ship within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. International shipping is available to select countries via DHL Express and USPS at calculated rates displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): $6.99 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping on domestic orders $150 or more (applied automatically at checkout)
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Order Processing. Orders are processed and shipped from our North Salt Lake, Utah warehouse, typically within 5–7 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delivery Times.
- Domestic (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–5 business days average after shipment
- International: Varies by destination
Order Confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Address Accuracy. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Damaged or Lost Shipments. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@artamisoutdoors.com with photos. For lost shipments, contact us once tracking shows delivery has stalled or the order is marked delivered but not received.
